Unhappy New R6 - To Me - HELP

Just bought a 2007 R6 and was smiling from ear to ear as I rode away, until I got it warmed up and went to see what all she would do. At 8500 RPM she spits and sputters like a little . She sat for 6 months to a year and I am hoping no permanent damage was done. I put a brand new tank of gas in an empy tank and added some stabilizer/injector cleaner.

Any Suggestions are welcome on what to do next.

Congrats on the new bike! She looks great.

If you still have problems, Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited (located on 1960) will typically take a quick look at her for free and give you an estimate.

Doesn't sound like a battery problem at all, but the battery is fully charged, right? I usually stay away from those "injector cleaners". I bet once you have a couple tanks of fuel with sea foam ran through it, she will purr like a kitten.

Sounds like either bad gas (the new gas would have taken care of that) or maybe some fuel press. issues. which could be related to possibly some garbage in the tank that might be clogging the sock..

You got the best bike out there. Take it for a quick look at Motorcycles Unlimited, they will give you pointers.
