he can write the ticket at whatever he wants but has to prove it in court. but when they ask if you know how fast you are going i say yes. then ask him does he know. you get your day in court. and have the right to a trial by jury if you want or if it goes that far.

If your riding without an M endorsement you deserve to have the bike impounded, just like if your riding without insurance. Its not that hard to take the MSF and get your license.

OK you got caught speeding, something very easy to do on these sport bikes.
Think about what your complaining about, a bike being impounded for driver not having proper license.
<>
Can you imagine the legal issues if the cop were to release the bike without the driver having the proper license and then that same rider gets killed in an accident.
<>
Yeah I kind of agree with we aren't haurting anyone but ourselves.
But again the cops job is serve and protect, wheather you want protected or not.

Well if he didn't have a M endorsement he was breaking the law, it's not like cops just make up laws for fun. I'm legal, and everyone I ride with is legal. Police are there to protect and serve, and whether you like it or not they see speeding and wheelies, and stopies, and many other things we do as unsafe so therefore you get a ticket.

It's a good law, just check out how many bikers are listed on this page as going down or dying. And BTW, slow your silly down and live to ride another day. You were wrong, admit it, grow up and clean-up your act. Responsible biking is the best way to change attitudes from the public and police.
