Court tomorrow

So im going to court to face a Class B misdemeanor evading charge tomorrow at 9am sharp, the thing is its all the way in grimes country :BangHead: thats near TWS (Texas World Speedway) so i guess im waking up at like 5 to get there on time seeing how im first on the dock. This is my arraingment so they will ask how i plead, i wasnt able to get a lawyer in time for this seeing how 4-6gran is alot. Just wondering if you guys had any helpful info for me, im gonna talk to the prosecuter, can i ask to see the evidence against me or can attorneys only do that? and i dont have to accept his offers right? im afraid if i do all that ill the guy off and a off prosecuter cant be a good thing.. any advice will help. thanks

Anyone who reps themselves in court has a fool for a client. Shouldve gotten an attorney.

If you plan on getting one later, plead not guilty and set a court date. Dont try to ask for a deal or anything you wont get anywhere, might make it worse for yourself.

Lawyer wouldve made this a lot easier. If you plead NG, get an attorney IMMEDIATELY. I mean, right after you get out of the arraignment.

aww c'mon david it wouldn't be no fun if we couldn't jest with ya. you know you should have gotten a lawyer, this was said to you many times. and if you think money is more important than your freedom, then you've already made your decision.

good luck
