Looking to shoot portraits of trackday folks

Hi,

I'm working on a new book project in which I want to shoot portraits of the riders, corner workers, EMT etc. at
a track day. The idea is to shoot the people of the track day on a white background. We'd also like to shoot your
bike separate on the white background which would be a nice juxtaposition later in the book.

I'll be out there next weekend at MSR-H to start this project. It would be fantastic if y'all who are riding with
Buck's org that day would participate. Everybody who will be in the project of course get's a 11x14 limited
print of his/her photo for free.

It's about showing the other side of sport bike riders, the ones who do it in a different way than the squids
on the freeway annoying cagers.

If anybody has questions, ask them here or send me a mail to michael@michaelschulz-photography.com

Thanks,
Michael

Just one additional thing, next weekend at MSR-H will not be the only time we'll be doing it.

Since I'm a photographer, that's what I do, I take photographs .
It's an idea that I have so need to realize it or I'll get no sleep for the rest
of eternity. I may self publish a book and y'all be famous but for now it's
a new project for me. The basic idea is to have the portrait of a rider on one
page of the book and a photo of his/her bike on the opposite page to kinda put
them together.
It's also a way to show the people behind this and look at the fact that there are
people like you and me enjoying a sport in an environment that's tailored to that.

You can check out my website if you want to see that I can hold a camera straight. I'll be there Saturday with my assistants and hope that we find some people who are interested in participating.
Let me know if you want to know more.

Mike

Basically it's an easy way to get your portrait taken in your track outfit for free
