Are you all 10 yrs. old? Ask the kid where his parents are and talk to them. The problem might not go away until you do something.

Just wait until the kid gets hit. I bet then the loser parents will take a real interest in him by way of a lawsuit asking for a million bucks from everyone involved, including the owner of the property. End of your stunt spot. All because no one ran them off.

The Reasonable thing to do is Approach the Kid and Tell him to be careful. Children Depending on Where they are from just because he is 8 Does not Mean he is Stupid on Careless( not in this Case) 8 year old can Understand at the Same level as an 16 year old. I would just tell him where he can be safe and have fun. The responsibility will ultimately be in the hands of the Surrounding Adults if a Parent is Not there.. Just take care of the kid and be a Good neighbor. . If all else Fails call the police. if not do that 1st. To speculate and Put blame wont make the kid Safe. maybe he just needs friends and puts us places for a reason even in this case..

my 2 cents.

theres no good way to handle this but CPS probably would make the parents care for letting their kid play in that parking lot unsupervised.

Nothing gets a point across like a smack across the face and I'm talking about the parents here, Its not the kids fault his parents are neglectful and could care less, under the circumstances I'm sure at that age a lot of you would of done the same.

True.. There are alot of dumbasses speeding and doing wheelies up and down the main rd. SOme of them without gear. As for the kid, someone should tell him he is not aloud there.. or get a bully to kick him out of there.
