Child at ASI anyone know parents?

Ok so here is the deal and you guys can flame all you want but it bothers me as a parent.

Some of you may have notice a small boy at ASI for many weeks now he looks to be around 8. He rides on a skateboard thing.. I say thing cause I dont know what it is exactly.. either way.

This kid is now starting to go across the main lanes while the bikes are stunting.
My concerns are of course this kid is going to get killed. The normal stunters really pay attention but have had to avoid him a time or two. but the guys doing burn outs and the cars coming in doing circles to try to be cool are getting close to him. Does anyone here that goes to ASI know who the is letting this child run around in such a dangerous fashion?

Hey! Maybe that would solve everything. The parents could stop having to parent, and the humbleassassin could stop worrying about him.

My thoughts on this are maybe I shouldnt worry about it but since his parents apparently dont care . But me being a father kicks in and wont allow me to be a heartless like some guys. But personally I couldnt live with myself if I saw this kid get killed or heard about it cause I didnt go there. You are entitled to your 2 cents but to just avoid the problem is a cowards way out. I was asking around trying to find out the parent. Till the accident. And were the guy who wrecked his bike is were the kid was most of the night... Pure luck the kid moved away after Joe and some of the other stunters were trying to find out were he was. Maybe what 10 minutes prior till he rode off to some cars.

My big fear is he is some asshats girlfriends kid and he is "watching him"

Maybe he's a neighborhood kid who just gets to run the streets freely. Maybe his parents aren't there, at all.

I hear what you're saying and agree some what. The fact is its just ONE MORE thing the stunters have to look out for. I mean, these guys are "putting" on a show for fellow riders, and it seems more asshats are getting in their way. Sadly its gonna be one of these guys that goes down because someone else was not paying attention.....show over

That is pretty messed up there. Should report this to the right authorities. Coming on here is not going to do anything because now a days, most people couldnt give a about some kid.

I hear ya, though. I too, am a dad and could not just look the other way like most people do now.

Doubt he's a neighborhood kid. I used to live off Regency Square Townhomes, and they are probably the closest access to that back road. Those THs are on the other side of Harwin, and the kid would have to skate quite a bit through a dark industrial area to get to ASI. I mean, it's possible, but I doubt it.

Never been to ASI but you could.. Get there early and see who the kid arrives with? Get a few people together and go talk to whoever he came with. If he shows up by himself go tell him he can't be doing what he's doing.
