Motorcyclist shot dead in far east Harris Co

http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/...n/6623410.html

Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of a motorcyclist in far east Harris County this morning.
The man's body was found about 8 a.m. in a ditch near U.S. 90 and Miller Road No. 3, officials said. He had been shot at a least once and left the roadway and drove about 70 yards through a grassy area before falling off.
Some Harris County Precinct 2 workers*were driving by the area when they spotted the man's body. They alerted authorities.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office, which is investigating the case, has no suspects, witnesses or motive for the shooting at this time.
It was unclear when or where the shooting happened, and investigators said the bike was cold when it was found, indicating some time had passed.

Yikes that's scary. I was out near there last night too. I always get nervous late at night on the bike when cars come up on me and don't pass quickly.

RIP
