Looking for a shop on NW side that can weld my frame

My bike took a hit from the right while leaning on the kickstand and fell over because the frame broke right around the kickstand bracket. It didnít tear all the way through the frame though, just the lower half of the rail so itís still fixable. I do need somebody to weld it all back together though. Hard to ride (or stop for that matter) when my kickstand is pointing at the clutch lever. The dealerships Iíve called wonít touch it. Anybody know of a shop that does this type of work on the NW side? Itís an XR400, so steel frame if that makes a difference.
