painting wheels

a while back somebody posted some hella gay pink and (i think) green powdercoated wheels for their track sv.

nothing wrong with high vis, but the color just doesnt do it for me.

what about spray on bedliner? any reason not to?
i can remove the wheels, tape over the tires and spray it on. ad some reflective rim strips and be done. no more feeling bad for not cleaning my wheels like ever :p

no weathering and no class!

That stuff is heavy as and could possibly throw the wheels way off balance.

ah, i hadnt considered that.

i did a car hood with this stuff when i was into DRIFTAAAN and it was still pretty light, but i'm sure i would end up with a heavy spot and wheelweights probably wont like to stick to the gunk.

good point

I mean it's not like lead or anything, but it definatly is more than paint. I would go with PC like was said above.
