Stator/clutch cover bolts???

Anyone know where I can find the 8mm bolts that are on 99% of the bikes engine covers? Locally? I want to stock up on a few common sizes. All I've been able to find are Allen heads.

+1...but I'm pretty sure you can order misc. bolt kits via Parts Unlimited(aka Motorcycles Unlimited or another shop).

Look up any fastener supply store. There should be a ton of them in Houston. Just look under fasteners on the phone book or Google it.

ya there is one on the southeast side that carry all kinds of metric and thread sizes called Tucker Hardware on spencer hwy. Anytime I have needed a repacement for anything you just take it up there and they will find an exact match if they have it or they will order it.

1) Have you tried a SEARS Hardware.
2) Why not use the Allen heads you have found?
