duke lacrosse team

how about the duke lacrosse team. rev jesse jackson spoke on the front lawn, protesting that none of the players have been arrested yet. well, lawyers and police are looking at pictures now, possibly showing she was beaten up BEFORE she got to the party house. motherfukkers need to get facts right before they accuse people of t.

it has now been confirmed, no DNA has been found on any of the lacrosse players, the victim, or any of the victims belongings. take that jesse jackson.

the DA is still going with a lawsuit, saying he has more evidence and doesnt need DNA.

the whole case didn't need to turn into as big as a case as it did. yes the three men should have been tried, but other then that i don't beleive it should have turned into a big racial issue.

p.s. I LOVE DUKE BASKETBALL!

"if the glove doesn't fit you must aquit"

NO DNA = NO CASE. If the lady is dumb which seems to be already. she'll still try to take them to court, where becuase lack of evidence it will be her word and against theres.

the biggest BS is how the coach "resigned". duke had to do something about the incident but this wasn't the right thing to do. after 16 years of coaching and multiple national championships. i don't see how they hold coaches responsible for these types of things.
