RIP

A co-worker of mine died in a car wreck on her way home from work. Everybody still drives. It can happen to anybody, anywhere, anytime.

I've always liked the quote (or any of the many variations)... "I refuse to tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at death's door."

RIP.
Sorry for the loss of a friend.
Pick your self up and continue to live life!
I known several that have diedand several that are messed up from riding. But I am positive the 2 that are gone would still be ridin if they were alive and the 2 that cant ride are always saying they wish that they could!
There is living and then there is just existing..

Don't let it stop you from riding. But don't ride until your ready. Mixed feelings/emotions can affect your riding. Be careful.

Since i started riding i have met a few people that are now dead RIP and 3 that are seriously injered or paralized...You have to understand ridng a bike is extreamly dangerous if you let be...Getting out there and doing stupid stuff will get you killed even faster.....

But there is nothing in the world that can bring the joy that a motorcycle does....I love it and will ride for as long as i can.....

you cant let stuff scare you away from the things you love man. Im very sorry to here about your teacher but when it is your time it is your time weather your on a bike drivng a car sitting at home j/o when your time has come its come...

Rip

The best phrase that i've seen for a situation like this one, and i saw it on this site about this subj. too is, "My best friend slipped and died in the shower, so i should not shower anymore." I think about that everytime i do something stupid. Death will come, eh.

Keep rolling on the trottle. Things are always going to go wrong, but it shows what kind of person you are by what you do after it.

R.I.P., like that one, I say you can die having fun, or you can just die, but one thing is for sure you've gotta go some time. All the best.

+1 to what everyone else has said. Take your time and you will know when and if you are ready! After I wrecked my bike the first week I had it and broke my collar bone. I almost gave up riding. I was scared, so I took a couple weeks off but then I got back on. Now I couldn't imagine not riding. Now I know my situation pails in comparison to yours. But I thought it just might give you a little encouragement.
