The digital ones don't roll over like the old ones, but you can always put it on "trip" instead of "odo" and hope some newb buyer doesn't notice.

Sounds like a good deal. I would wonder how it sat since 06 and the gas did not go bad.

Anyhow I'd change the oil , should still be a honey color , and then treat it like a new bike , ie break it in like the manual says.
