Question 02 GSXR 750 Looses all pwr @ around 4k RPM? Acts like it's out of Gas

I just got this 02 750 I have been riding it once a week or so to Starbuks n stuff. Today I took it for a ride and It acts likie it's running out of gas I can Ride it@ low RPM but if I open the throttle I'm Boggin out I Thought this Bike was fuel Injected Perhaps I was wrong but I do hear a pump or somethin pwr up whenever I turn on the Key the bike has about 30,000 miles I think anyone got any thoughts??

How many miles are on it?
Last time the plugs or air filter was changed?
How about the fuel filter?

Arrow When the Tank is Tilted up The Bike runs Fine WTF???

Ok I checked the plugs Air Filter was clean. When I run the Bike with the Fuel tank Tilted up it runs Fine. When I try to bolt it back down I'm rite Back where I started...Its Gotta B Fuel Pmp. Related anyone got any advice??

tilted up fine and 'normal' bogs.. sure it's not in the tank as opposed to the pump?

Fixed!!! There was some Trash in the Tank but The Fuel line was kinking when the tank went down. Huge thanks too all and my Boy Brandon from old Adrenalin Sport Cycles!! Happy Ridin!
