I lived in the villages and they don't fudge around especially if your ID shows you live outside of 77024.

DD course is your best chance.

Worth it to get a lawyer or just plead in this small town court?
me and two other cats did this a couple of months ago. I just deferred and paid the ticket. The other two decided to get a lawyer, and spent more than me and still don't have it resolved. JUST PAY IT< YOUR NOT BROKE

it never hurts to ask if you can do DD, just go down to the courthouse well before your court date and talk to the clerks, sometimes they will let you sign up for the DD even if you were doin more than 25 over according to the cop like i said it cant hurt to do that before you look for a lawyer
