Route suggestions for full day or 2 day rides

A buddy and I were thinking of doing either a full day ride or even overnight and stretching it into a 2nd day. Can anyone suggest routes or if anyones interested this weekend feel free to let me know.

Your best bet is to head west to San Antonio (3hr) or Austin (2.5). In between the two is enough country back roads to keep you busy for weeks. Including Wimberly, San Marcus and the lakes.
End of Line.
