...ah so every city has helicopters avaiable at all times for tracking a fleeing motorcyclist?

:-) In fact, precisely where in that video does they show how/where they actually 'stopped' him?

Now quit fishing for other people's ideas... use your brain and explain 'how'.

...rider hand on hip on street, cut to chopper side shot, cut to guy being led away. Where is the video of the actual stop j?

Now your requiring everynoe PD to have resources they may not be able to afford or have available or access to. Still doesn't answer the question... try again.

p.s. You'll note in the OP post, the rider was up and walking too. :-)

Well Houston TRANSTAR does have the capability to track anyone on the freeway because all the cameras, however, there are over 1,000 cameras and less than 100 people to keep track of the entire city of houston, galveston, beltway, 45 59, ect....

There only job is to make sure that the freeway is cleared to keep traffic and the economy moving because import/export going through this town. The cameras are only used to for emergency response to accidents, stalled vehicle or any major debris. There 1 and only goal is to make sure freeways are clear and cleared.

So another words you don't know ...had to be pushed to own up to that fact, and are too stupid to understand why sometimes actions in the original video are needed/required.

You're the one who needs to open his eyes, or (using my preferred terminology) pop his head out of his .

I would pull over a car with rims too. I think profiling works well. Plus if youre getting pulled over 5 times a month becuase of your rims are those rims really worth the hassle? Get some different rims or just put on some stock rims.

all i will say...there is always more to the story.

If you are getting pulled over 5 times a month and you believe that the police are just pulling you over because your rims...then you might need to take a better look of why you are being pulled over....

or buy different rims... everone knows only drug dealers have big rims...
