yeah im just adding up his mod list and I dont see how I could go wrong
-full m4 - 600
-power commander - 200
-galfer wave rotors - 300
-galfer superbike steel lines - 100
- woodcraft clip-ons, rear-sets, sliders - 350
- scotts damper- 300
- GMD forks - 400
- penske triple shock - 500

about 2k in upgrades plus all the extras.. If I wanted to I could always sell it and get a newer sv.. Im just looking at it from the point of view if it looks to good to be true it probably is

I did that same trade except it was my '02 SV race bike for a '03 GSXR600 similarly prepped. He paid shipping for his bike, I paid shipping for my bike.

It worked out well for me, I'd do it again. Same kind of circumstances actually...

Nick,

If you are serious about making trip let me know. I'm considering making trip to Dallas to pick up a bike, so we could split costs. Give me a shout tomorrow after lunch and we can talk further.

My carbs have been giving me fits too. I just had the replace the slides, etc as the needles kept jumping out. What is up with yours?
