The food all depends on what jail. I have had hungryman meals to bolonga sandwiches. They only give you 2 for one deals if the jail is crowded. Other wise your in it for the long haul.

Im not sure, but I think he was earning like $50 per night towards his fines! Pretty sweet deal right there.

Of course it didnt hurt that he was a 6'3", 250# mexican
See that seems like easy time. I would take a valium soon as I got there and go to sleep immediately.

no. So you are saying that they $50/nt credit towards their fine but that is lowered by the jail fee correct?

FYI......its hard to get good sleep, every 3 hours they do roll call, or they clean the holding tank..... jail, they tend to put up to 50 ppl in one tank..... so every 3 hours they wake u up, make you get up...... i was using my shoes as pillows, because they didnt have any ...... i slept on the floor, because the metal bunks were right next to the AC vents, so it was freezing in there....

I did that in Sugar Land. Spent the night for two nights. They would let me come in at 9pm and I would leave at 6am for a couple of nights. Fed me tv dinners and luckily didn't have to share the room with anyone. I also got to bring magazines.

It all depends. I've never seen a law that says x jail time = x amount off your fine.

I say sit it out....... it want kill you, just wear some warm clothes and eat something GOOD

you will get booked in, and after you get booked in about 4 or 5 hours later you will go to court and see the judge (the judge will be on a t.v screen) anyways he'll tell you what you there for and give you a bond if you want one (witch you don't) or tell you how many more days you will have to stay or may just say TIME SERVED (like he did for me and i sit $500 it was a total of 2days ) and then you will start another 4 to 5 hours getting booked out.....i promise you wont be there MORE than 3 days from the time you walking to the time you walk out

At Least that's how it is in the COUNTY, and from what i hear that's the worst jail to be in! They take for EVER getting you booked IN and OUT

Good luck..... let us know how it turns out and EXATLY how many days you had to stay

jail ain't a big deal. sucks but nothing to be scurred about. wear all the white u can, thermals, boxer briefs, 2 pairs of socks, wifebeater, and a sweater. take 2 tylenol pm's before u go in and store 2 more in a tiny ziploc bag in the back of ur gums. you'll wake up and it'll be to some cop calling ur name in the tank sayin, A. T. W. let's go!

then u go home and tell ur girl to make dinner naked for u
