Jody Actually, there is plenty of space in the infield, but to keep things simple, I shortened it up. I did get a bit carried away with the obstacles, but triples are fun! , and helicopter rides are so in this year

I haven't seen your sketch yet, what's the deal?
This design is the ducks nutz!! If you can get this dirt section approved we will have the best supermoto track in the central region.

Jody WTF?? just because you get to go to Indy for the weekend and come home and missed out on all the track planning doesn't mean we won't let you ride out there when its finished When going for the triples just keep it pinned, click up another grear about ten foot from the face if all goes well you will not need that helicopter

Here's the deal. I found 90 loads of clean form dirt that got canceled because the builder is defunk or somthing. If we take all the dirt from this site they will contribute $2000.00 to help move it. Thats the deal i made. We dont have to take it all but if we want the contribution we have to take it all. I dont really think e need it all but was tring to work it out to the cheapest for us. Some of the companies that i ahve talked to say they have to weigh the loads befor hauling. I just spoke to the lead DPS officer for this side of town for truck inspections. He is a personal friend for years. He said we dont have to weight each load. So that helps. So the dirt is there. Just gotta move it. If i had to pay for the dirt and hauling. It would run $200.00 a load... Dont think we are going to find a better deal..

Yes Mike this will be the best and only. This is why im doing this with the help and gratiousness of TIM GODSUKI RACER.. Hes the best..

are we taking into consideration when creating the jumps that the track can be ran both ways or are we just looking at running it 1 direction

Both directions, Greg. That's why the entrances and exits are relatively straight, and also to keep the roost to a minimun

What about hitting the jumps from both directions? In order to make that happen, the lips will have to be very mellow, which will not make for the greatest hits (big rollers!). Look at the motocross tracks around, and try to run them backwards!

I agree it would be nice to run the dirt section in both directions, but think it would take away from the dirt section. I am not the most skilled motocross rider by far, but would at least want to see a couple of jumps with good kickers on them.

Maybe something along the lines of a wider table top, that has a lip on either side and can be hit from both directions. That would also allow people to roll the jump on the off side that did not have the lip.

Im pretty sure the motard session can just be run ONE way. This would help with track design and upkeep.

Any update on a ground braking? I agree with Mike, the current design above looks like a done deal. Any more would be too much. Plus the track will be able to be changed as we go. Lets get somthing approved and built!

Also, any considerations to running the track in one direction only, or still looking for both directions? I think the jumps will be too mellow if made to run in both directions, but that is my opinion.

Either way, lets get this thing built.
