Lightbulb Which pair of gloves would you choose?

I need a new pair of gloves and would like to hear from this forum. I am thinking about getting a pair for street riding and a pair for track mode, so far i like the alpinestar line of gloves and was wondering if anybody can tell me which ones to get based on their own experience with A* products.

gpplus ftw. less than 200$. all you need protection wise. webbed pinky finger. it's whqat i wear
i also wear gpx on hot summer days. mainly because the plus are more involved getting them on and off. so, sometimes i want convenience

thanks for your input, i am debating between the gp-plus and gp-pro for the track cause they offer wrist protection!

the seperate from gauntlet wrist strap and webbed pinky are main points you need. others may have more experience than me in gloves and materials like kangaroo hyde. but for less than 200 the plus are great. the pro's are pricey. closer to 300 i thought

I keep a pretty good selection of Alpinestar gloves in stock.

I personally wear the GPX for street and the GP Plus for the track.
The GP Pro wind up being a bit too bulky around the wrist IMO.

Thanks Patrick you make a good point about the bulkiness of the GP-Pro, i might stop by this weekend to get my suspension adjusted and check out your selection while i wait on it.

some places may still have some in stock, but doesn't look like the pro's will be in the new glove lineup unless something new is on its way....

Looking for?

I just bought the spx on sunday for street use and the control feel is good. They are tight though i bought xl and cant wait for them to stretch out real good. Lots of padding on the heel of the hands and they breathe pretty good.
