Okay, just got back from picking up my bike. I was treated great - and Kevin (Service) was nice enough to respond to my email by calling me from his personal phone.

It was a quick hassle free service. I checked the bike over - no new surprises or dent/knicks (can't say the same about ExImport).

It seems they are also pretty big on supporting racers, so I'll ask for a racer's discount next time .

+1 for the dealership - I'd recommend them for a Ducati.

Usually they are I am not sure what happened to that tranny. the mechanic said it might have just been off a hair when they gears were machined.

Kevin is a good guy.. I been good friends with him for a long time. He used to own a shop called "switch motorsports" next to fast eddies off of 1960. I worked for him and for a long time it was just me and him running that place till it started to pick up. He will go the extra mile to help out a fellow rider and racer.

Too bad that shop isn't still open or i'd be giving MH some good discounts

+1 for a good dealership at Northwest Honda

Oh c'mon man! How much is a Ruckus anyway... about $2k? For the couple hundred bucks commission he was gonna make on the sale, he probably figured it wasn't worth listening to the ruckus spewing out of your mouth!!

Just messin' with ya, man. Way to look out for your friend, though!

I will NEVER take my business to them again. Two days after I bought the Aprilia I dropped off the bike and a set of tires to be put on. I specifically told Corky to tell the tech to be super careful with the $2500 set of forged OZ Racing wheels. While watching through the glass I see some 16 year old looking shop hand THROW the wheels on the rim clamp to change the tires. Needless to say there were massive gouges in four spots on each wheel. I was furious and even Ronnie said they were there before the bike came in. I called and left a complaint with the BBB I was so .

I guess its still better then owning a MV Agusta, I met a gentlemen this past weekend who owns one and said there is no dealership in or near Houston for like 250 miles! Is that true?
I called and I said I was Moe and they hung up on me alsojk bro, I will vouch for them I have been dealing with them for at least 20 years, and yes Houston Motorsports Yamaha 1960 near perry is a MV Agusta dealer

I've done business with Lunsford Honda for more then 25 years and would not consider going to any other Honda or Ducati dealer for work on my bikes, period.
