I'm in agreement with ktmracer, they're avoiding you.
Ok now this is begining to me off.. I just tried again - on both numbers. No luck. It just keeps on ringing, tried it from work and my cell.

Can someone else try them and see if they pick up?

man... the disadvantages of owning a ducati... we got ExImport on one side and NWHonda on the other who does'nt pick up their phone..

I tried from 4 different lines - it just keeps on ringing n ringin... great!

I guess its still better then owning a MV Agusta, I met a gentlemen this past weekend who owns one and said there is no dealership in or near Houston for like 250 miles! Is that true?

There are more disadvantages than that how about the shove it up your rear on price for a product that is 2 1/2 times over prices for the same japaneese model.

Nah... I don't consider that disadvantage.

Owning a hand built bike vs machined..
Owning a bike that maybe you'll see 1-3 in 100 compared to the every other Gixxer/Honda you see..
Oh and that dry clutch sound is purely priceless ...

You gotta pay the price for the uniqueness otherwise we'd all be on gixxer sixxas

That's how people are though, well a lot of them. The thing is, they might have the best motorcycle techs in Texas, but if their salemen screw things up, why think twice about there service department?
I don't think twice about their service department.. Sorry to hear about your experience but these are good guys and fellow racers and motorcyclists. I'd vouch for them any day.
