2012 ZX10R

None of the bikes you have listed.

First things first, take the MSF Basic RiderCourse (www.awesomecycles.com). After your class, talk to your Instructors about what bikes would be good bikes for you. They've at least seen your riding abilities over a couple of days.

Some bikes they might recommend:
Ninja 250, 500, or 650
Honda 599 or F4i
Yamaha FZ6
Suzuki Katana or SV650

Again, take the course BEFORE you buy the bike.

And just how you know that? do you know him personally? You make it sound like you were born knowing about bikes.
Even if he doesn't know about bikes, at least he's asking the right questions, don't you think?

, I wouldn't let enyone ride my bike, well, only if I know him and I'm sure he's a seasoned rider.
