Yeah there is value in beating someone being the underdog.....still a lot of money though.

And I agree, 9psi on a stock compression(11-1+) with no intercooler on pumpgas is a meltdown waiting to happen.

Only problem with tha Viffer is there is no torque under the curve with that centrifugal on it.....I think a turbo would have made it more fun to ride.....More boost quicker and much more tq in the midrange....same or more HP up top.

I'm still liking that turbo'd Super Hawk that Big Bob posted up about a few weeks ago.

Pretty crazy. I don't think its worth the money considering that you can buy some stock bikes with almost as much hp.

To each their own. Consider this... that sometimes it not just about what you can buy out of the box, but what you can make or get out of something just for the sake of doing it. Money is no issue, and you do it just because you enjoy the challenge of taking on a "project" that seperates your bike from the others.

And that's fine. I can see where you are coming from. I personally don't think it's worth it. I don't get into all the mod stuff. I pretty much like to keep my stuff stock. Can't see spending that kind of money when there is something out there that has as much power, is stock, and you don't have to worry about mechanical issues. I like to ride not wrench.
