Downtown pedaling.....Thursday night

8/20
Who all is down to ride (bicycles) downtown tonight? Figure we will meet around 8 or 9. Whatever time is best for everyone.
Anyone on mountain/bmx bikes welcome. If you want to ride a road bike, feel free. However there are a bunch of curbs and holes and where we ride so I wouldn't advise it.

Don't have a mtn bike YET, plan on getting one to ride Memorial park since it's RIGHT on my way home from work. As far as being in the city, longboarding down the parking garages is where it's at!

Road bikes ride downtown almost every night it seems. They just stick to the ... road though.

They also obey all traffic laws so you guys probably wouldn't like them.

Where exactly do ya'll ride?

Tonight was a fun ride minus the flat tire I got near the end. Not the longest ride that we usually do but it was about 4.5 miles worth of riding throughout downtown. Only wish I had a spare tube on me so we could've gone a longer distance.

I think our goal next time will be to try and ride ATLEAST 10 miles. On a regular night we average around 7 miles so 10 shouldnt be that hard for us.

See ya next week guys!
