lol... ya thankyou parts bin

As for the heads, he's just doing the HVA's as part of the new massive service action. Its his first week, straight out of UTI and he's down to 3hrs for the majority of that job(3rd one)

He's got the repetition idea down, Im going to start on real diagnosis not throwing parts at cars. We are determined to start making real technicians. I usually dont get a trainee cuz I make them cry.

repetition is good

hour and a half CP evaporators FTW!

And how is that whole warranty thing working out at your shop? alot of our techs have gone to the shutgunning method, bc you didn't get paid for diagnosis before, and you definitely don't get paid for it now

I fight for diag. I have paperwork and print outs for my time. I usually get time put in but requires the shop foreman to approve and he has to book it out.

Sux but I put in an honest hour so I expect reimbursement for it.

Otherwise they can go fk themselves, let the car sit in the back or fix itself.

I usually win... and so does the Honda until they say ok

Yah thats how I used to handle it, but then it got to the point where the foreman were so hard to find, that you wasted so much time finding them that you could've had another car pulled in by now. Good thing I don't plan on doing this forever haha

I like the yellow, my first honda was yellow and I had a yellow helmet, looked like a bumble bee.

After cooling down last night I realized that the tail would be the harder of all the plastics to fit. So Im not worried.

I will take it apart and clearcoat. However now it seems Im busy saturday and wont be able to do any work to the bike. Oh well. Projects never truly end, do they? lol

All Honda riders refer to those highly skilled enough to handle the GSXRs as being on the "darkside".
