It is cool to attend and that R6 is faster than the lawnmower that runs. But that doesn't matter, your not racing anyone but yourself. How fast can you go?

There are 600 classes and other smaller non-200+ mph bike classes. Yeah the 200+ ones are the main attraction but I've seen 600s make runs before. Last time I went there was some dude racing his big HD tourer. He never broke 120, but looked like he was enjoying it.

I was thinking about it. I decided not to this time. I dont want to try it unless Im pretty sure the 200 is achieved. To do that i want nitrous. The nitrous just leads to an extended swing arm and the list just goes on from there.

Yeah March was crazy....The tail wind was insane for a March event....almost always usually have head/cross wind. You probably saw a lot of us out there in March if you were there spectating.

I will be there in October but just spectating. I spent too much money fixing it after the March melt down. Good luck on the 600. Make sure you bring a couple different sprockets. You will likely have to go down a couple teeth in the rear as you will likely top it out way before the end of the mile. I would expect 155-160 mph depending on the wind. You will have a blast doing it anyway, doesn't matter what you run. I took my 1000 the first time out just for fun and went 178....took a sprocket change to get it there though.

We'll see you there. BTW come by our pits. We are in the "Team Fat " tents. Look for a couple green ZX12s a copper 99 busa and a blue/silver busa that looks just like mine...we normally have 3-4 pop up tents tied together.

Looks like I'm going.

Question: Assuming that I'm just going and getting right back in line after each run, approximately how many passes would I get to make in a day? I know it's going to depend on a lot of factors, but just a rough guestimate.

I'm trying to decide whether to take one bike or two.

Thanks.

When I get my ZX12 done and the spray dialed in, I am going. Maybe by next spring...

They run 3 bikes then 3 cars. If someone crashes or blows up you wait. Longer wait for cars than bikes but figure 30min to an hour after you get in line.
