Just a fender, tank, and tail section, correct?

I'd just pull the parts yourself and bring them to Tom's Paint and Body.
PM HOUSEOFPAIN for more info.

If you're looking for a low price, you won't find a professional to do it cheap- the flat or matte clear coat is very expensive.

To get a ballpark, most of the lesser expensive painters will do a single color paint job (without special paints like HOK or Color-rite) for about $400- $500. If you have bodywork to be done, expect the price to go up comparable to the amount of work needed. For flat or matte finish, you could probably tack on about $75- $100 to the above price.

So assuming you have no bodywork to be done and readily available paint colors, for a flat single color you can expect $500- $600 from a lesser expensive painter.

You may get lucky and find someone who'll do it cheaper, but you'll get what you pay for most of the time.
