philosophical questions

I have a few mind boggling questions.

Is there any difference in an item being stolen and being repossessed?

Is intentionally failing to repay for an item some one loaned you money for stealing? Can one who commits such acts really be considered an honest being?

Should one feel sorrow for one who hath lost his stolen property?

Is ones property really lost when it was never really owned?

Will Michael Jackson still be doing his come back tour?

sounds like some one "borrow" something without any consent and it's now trying to justify his action on purely philosophical backgrounds... lol
