you get for what you paid as simple as that..... but i guess its your head you are putting at risk and not mine

IMO i don't go cheap when it comes to my own safety and protection!

true if you're buying , but i havent read anything about this one that puts it in the category, seems like a pretty good helmet from the reviews and stuff, even found a couple wreck reports.. i was going to scoop up the icon domain lid til found this.

Well how much is your DOME worth? I almost bought one a while back. I would save and catch a clearance on a upper end lid. just my .2

came in yesterday, took it for a ride last night.

its cheap, but not , the interior lining isnt as soft as my sevenOseven. It's comfortable, but you can feel the grade difference in the touch. The LEDs are pretty sweet, works out of the box. There's mininal ear padding, so your ears never get a cramp riding and doesnt hurt to take it off or put it on, slides right over - but theres more noise than usual, you can hear the air hitting the outer wall since theres no fabic in between to dilute it.

Vents galore, theres so many vents on this thing you CANT get hot, and they're mostly behind your eye line so it doesnt blow right into your eyes and get irritating, closing them all effectively stops air flow as you would expect.

got a blue iridium with it, looks good, clear even at night (to me).

Overall I like my sevenOseven better but this is still everything you need out of a helmet, closing all the vents makes the aerodynamics rougher and at high speeds or in wind you feel more resistance but its not really a big deal.

I'd reccommend it for a passenger lid if you're accustomed to more expensive and comfortable helmets.

I've had that one since my run in with the Suv. Finish has held up better than the Shark that it replaced.
The Led on the back does a good job of getting people attention.

I've got the OP helmet in green. Not bad at all. This helmet won Web Bike World helmet of the year for 2007. The price is cheap, but the helmet is a great value. Makes you wonder why Arai costs so much.

I had one. It was...alright. Not bad at all for the price. Very light, if I remember.
