Yankees has been for sale for more than a year. Yes, the price tag is too pricey. He will never get what he is asking for. What shows on his books for income comes nowhere close to justify the price tag of the business. There's not a bank around that would loan you the money for this business....and that's before all the economic downturn turmoil. Owner will talk about all the revenue that he makes that is NOT on the books. I'm sorry, it just don't work that way. I would never buy a business based on income that's not on the books.

bw3s u can buy or open a franchise the one over here in willowbrook does about 5 to 6 million a year and its considered one of the slower ones.. and they are one of the only businesses expanding... even where I work now chilis has stopped opening new stores and closed down 134 of them worldwide.. bw3s in a good location with a 20 percent kick back to corporate would be a good bet I think..
