yeah thats what I was saying.. there is no corporate overhead there and nothing backing it so if you buy this thing with no money in the bank and the winter season which if you work in the industry know its going to be a ghost town there.. my chilis is one of the highest grossing in houston at about 4 million a year and I know we get stuff alot cheaper and have our products and store backed by alot more banking being that it is on a corporate level.. I think it would easily be a 5 maybe 8 year investment to get money back out of it.. but for 2 million who knows if thats buying it as is with everything in tact that wouldnt be to horrible if they left all the grills and fridges alot with seating and store fixtures..

I'm pretty sure it includes everything. You're buying the business, not just the property. At least, i would think so.

speaking of your chilis i went there last friday (if its the 45/1960 one) i went with a partay of 8 and the waitress didnt even put my order in...... but your mgr did comp me my food but i ate it on the go cuz ever1 was finished.
