Hi all, Motorcycles and Houston area

I am planing on moving to the Houston area for school, I will be there for 18 months and think it will be cheaper to own a motorcycle than a car. Is it possible to ride year round. I have never been to Texas and I currently live in NJ. I have been in the northeast for 27 years and I am used to the winters here.

Thanks in advance

Hey man I am heading up to SAM in the fall. It is just hot here. Not bad weather, but when it rains, IT RAINS. Lots of sport bikes up there. Watch out for the campus police they think they own the school. What is your major? PM me.
