You can't blame yourself, no one ever knows when something like this is going to happen. I am glad to see that you are doing well considering, let's just stay positive and continue praying for Charles and his family.
I know we have never met, but seriously, let me know if there is anything that I can do.

Bryan... I have told you many times already... It's NOT your fault! Things happen for a reason... But it is AGREED there could have been things done differently, but not to say that woulda affected any thing! Bottom line, don't blame yourself.

there are more pics from mycellphone i have to upload, but cant do it at this minute.

some of the FACTS of the accident in general that needs to keep other riders on thier toes.

I do NOT want to tell "DMC's story" should he want to talk about it, i leave that to him.but i wanted to go over some of the things we as riders need to be aware of.

GEAR: brian was fully geared up. he didnt have to, but he chose to, and even thought about not gearing as much.

DISTANCE: most accidents occur 3 to 5 miles away from home...brians was UNDER 1/4 mile..possbily 1/8 mile.

SPEED: "sub" sonic... traveling at 40 mph not more than 45.

ROAD CONDITIONS: clear, dry, nice blacktop.

each and every accident is ......different. dont think for a moment low speeds, short distance will offer you less chance of a wreck. EVER. actually knowing you will be a short distance gives you complacency. (not saying brian was planning on a short ride btw) but just setting an example. the more comfortable one is...the more chances they are going to take. concious, or subcontiously.

Brian, I dont think you did anything wrong. dont blame yourself. things could have been differrent, but it doesnot mean the outcome would have been any more positive. it could be worse. we as motorcyclists, have to assess, and take SOME risk..or we wouldnt be motorcyclists..we would be people who stay locked up in home 24/7 while family gets groceries for us, because we are too afraid to go outside. (those people DO exist)

anything I can do to help, let me know. I may be limited on things, but you can call on me if you need something. just so you know, i didnt show up, because i was sandras driver...i showed up because i wanted to make sure you were ok (and we were able to buddy up for the trip, so it worked out perfect )

lemme know how you doin mang. hang in there.
