I think changing the gearing would be the only way to affect it on a permanent basis.
or like BC said, just click it up to 6.

Ok lol haha on me anywho...... its not that I sorta like to coast sitting up umm no hands on bars when creaping to a stop. lets me stretch. SO cant hold the clutch kinda defeats teh purpose. and this Bike unlike my last dont want to go in nuetral unless im crusing at like 5mph lol.
Issue is even in 6th if I let off on the freeway due to coming up on traffic. doing normal speeds it slows hard and fast. like i just jammed the breaks on. Not like its trying to throw me, but a little harder than my last Bike.
