I have only been to MSRH, TWS (Texas World Speedway), & GSS. Out of those TWS (Texas World Speedway) is my favorite!

Hallett is by far the best track (that the CMRA races at)....offers technical areas, fast areas, variations of turns with elevation and blind corners.

anybody that hasn't been there, it's worth the trip.

Oak Hill Raceway followed by Hallett, then World.

Pros:
Texas World Speedway is my vote because it is fast & flowing, it is also very wide and the paddock setup is nice. The distance of the track is nice as well and it is my favorite track because of this.

Cons:
The facilities aren't so great though, they are not kept up with that well either. (Bathrooms / showers, etc.) & the distance from where I am located it is a bit of a drive.

2nd up would be msr-h, the facilities are well kept, air conditioned, showers are nice and the distance is not far at all, only con would be its very slow & technical compared to TWS (Texas World Speedway).

note- i've not been to Oak Hill or GSS. i've not raced.
i'll further define the question to hear myself talk(type).

what is your favorite TRACK DAY track?
the 3.1 MSR-Cresson layout. this is the most entertaining track day. if you get the chance, take it.

what is your favorite SPECTATOR DAY track?
MSR-Cresson. you can see most of the track/action from one location. you can move around to see the remaining parts of the track.

what is your favorite RACE DAY track?
i wouldn't know, i've not raced.

and even more opinions (to further procrastinate today's work)...

the good.
even after many trips to TWS (Texas World Speedway) over the last few years, i have not tired of it at all. the facilities are weathered, but at least they have them, and they are functional. the track is fast and exciting.

several trips to H2R. they run it both directions, so there are really 2 tracks there. bonus! it is fun and exhausting. the lack of shade and electricity haven't deterred me.

only a few days at Hallett, it being 550 miles each way for me. fun, technical track. facilities included. i'd probably be more excited about Hallett if it was closer to home.

the mediocre.
you can't buy love. i don't really dislike MSR-Houston, but i can't get excited about it either. visually, it appears they've plenty of money for the paddock areas, but the track seems to have suffered from the outset. it wasn't long before the accumulation of bumps and patch work had a negative impact on my fun. darn.

the bad.
i can carry a grudge. check out the sexy version of ECR pre-construction at google maps, ECR beta version . WHAT HAPPENED?! the turn combinations down thru the gulley are awesome, but what a lot of boring pavement between them. i also feel disconnected when in the pits at ECR. it is not convenient to glance around and see the activity on the track, like it is at the other tracks. but when there is a delay to clear tumbleweeds, you know we'll do anything to ride anywhere.

Try Hallett. They let you go EVERYWHERE in the infield. , there's even a few little dirt jumps for the kids!

I've never had a dirt bike there, but I always remember this one white-plate racer whos son would ride his fiddy around all day on those.

Oak Hill.

It's the closest, cheapest, and most technical.
