i've surfed for a little while now.....

what kinda surfing are you talking about? longboard smoothness, or shortboard whips?

friends and i go to galv, and surfside whenever the hurricanes start coming through....but sadly, since i'm graduating college, i dont think i can skip work for the waves as easily as i can school

i used to surf every time the wind blew waves up in galveston, and have traveled throughout Mexico, Cali, and hawaii. I have a couple of boards in my closet if you ever wanna have a go at it. I suggest longboarding in galveston, especially for a beginner. I have a board for sale too if you're looking for one, PM me about it, ill let it go cheap!!

I would like to do whips and all that grand stuff... but, I need to figure out where to start. If a longboard is it then I am up for it. I just want to try to surf.

I watch the surf like a hawk, got the links that predict swell heights a week in advance. If you ever want to know just ask and I'll tell you where to get it.

i have been all up and down the cali coast when i was in highschool, you name it, we surfed it. i have been to Maui 2x, Oahu2x, and Kauai once, and island hopped on all of those trips. I prefer Kauai for the scenery, but the north shore kicks up in the winter, and that is a blast. Want to take a surf trip sometime? im down

You name it... I don't know how to choose a good time for the waves and stuff. If we go towards Matagorda I have a place we can stay at.
