No this internet is a waste of a good board, these are some bad times economically. Merril and his brother ran onto bad times and ran out of money so they cant pay you back PERIOD. So why keep beating them when they are down dont you know they would love to pay all those who they owe money? The he said she said is worthless.

Perhaps an apology would be nice...but I understand, it's much easier to just keep letting people work for credits as your business was failing to only take that away from them. I would like to think they could pay us back if they could...but even an apology would be better than sending a "your SOL" email out and then not coming back around. It's cool, I'm not mad...

"The economy" is not why they went out of business. They went out of business because they did not have a good business plan AND they were not forthright with their employees & customers.

Im trying to understand why your mad? I instructed for free with them draggin your slow around the track when I could have been doin other things such as working on my suspension setups etc instead of instructing. And now they are gone and I made absolutely NO money and got ZERO credits or promise of them Im not mad either I just accept it as business and it needs to be kept as such.

I'm not mad....just said that

and I doubt you ever towed me around. Maybe Cochran...maybe Wes...maybe Tim, but rarely do I ask anyone to tow my slow around.

but even they didn't tow me around, they just passed me and I did my best to keep them in sight.
