Which exhaust would you choose?? Which is best????

Choose from the following exhausts....

The bike is a Black 06 ZX6R 636. Im looking for a full exhaust but i may just go with a slip-on depending on price and brand etc. I want either a titanium or carbon finish as my bike is black and the polished may look too flashy. For a full exhaust, i would of course prefer full titanium as it is lighter but considering the price for a full Ti exhaust, i may go with the Stainless steel which will still give about the same performance gains but wont quite save as much weight. Which do yall think would be best for performance, sound and looks????

BTW, I also found a Full Akrapovic Race exhaust for $600. It has about 2,000 miles on it and in mint shape. It comes with the Stainless steel header and s-pipe and the titanium slip-on/canister with the carbon fiber end cap. Would yall get this because of the price and use the rest of the money to buy PCIIIUSB and an air filter. I figured it was a good deal but because its not full titanium, im kinda hesitant to jump on it. Would i still see the same performance gains?

LEt me know what yall think!! Ill appreciate any input yall can provide!! Thanks!!!

I'd just get that Akrapovic you found. To me, it's worth the few extra pounds to save that much money.

cost is something that wasnt in the list of things to consider. if you want to save some money look at the m4. pretty much the best bang for the bucks. i have one on my 636 race bike and it pulls 117.3 at the rear wheel. great look, sound and the performance is there as well. good luck

Does the M4 come in carbon fiber or titanium? Do you have the full exhaust or just the slip on? I like the M4 from what i have seen but i have only ever seen it in polished. I do know that it has some very nice performance gains for the 636 though.

Turbo: i kinda figured id hear some people say that. Thats what i was thinking as well.

The M4 is available in polished, carbon and ti. After a lot of research we went with it on our racebike and have posted higher numbers then either Akra or Leo Vince. Mind you, we're only talking 1 hp or so here.
And yes it is the full system.

You really can't go wrong with any of the exhausts you have listed.
However if you've found an Akra for that price I'd jump on it.

Jrock: I think the new yoshi pipe is bad . The one that is solid carbon fiber from front to back. ITs still the Ride Smart-5 but it looks slightly different. I just wish they didnt stick out so far compared to the others.

Patrick: thanks for the info man! Ill probably take a look at the M4 full Ti system to see how much it goes for however, i will probably buy the Akra i found since it is a good deal. The way i see it, if i buy it and dont really like it, i could always get my money back out of it.

Thanks for the help so far guys! I appreciate it!!

Lol to the guys with the jokes! lol

Yea, yoshi i feel is more for a suzuki IMO. Nice exhausts and it would probably be the only thing i would run on a suzuki but im not too crazy about it for the kawi's. I know they are much cheaper than almost everything else and they sound pretty good from what ive heard but they just stick out like a sore thumb. If yoshi could keep the same sound and design but shorten the cans, im sure they would sell a of alot more!

Akrapovic sounds good to me too. I just wish it was a little louder. Leo Vince i have heard good things about but never heard it in person.

Two brothers make a sweet exhaust system for the 636 its carbon fiber with gold trim around the tip. I saw it on a black one and it look sweet double barrel under the seat

I like the look of it from the side but from behind, i dont really care for the dual tips. I guess its just a personal opinion. I know alot of people love the two bros but i think it looks a little overdone and cheezy.
