Any suggestions on a scenic route from H-Town to New Orleans?

Wife & I are riding our Harleys to New Orleans Friday....anyone have a scenic route to recomend?

there's a tv show down there on M/C cruising around LA.
Previous episodes are on-line. Might be something there.

You could take a round-about route through the Rockies for some nice scenery or you could try this to improve the view:
