Has Karl said anything about running Maxton in a few weeks? guess I need to call that ole ....
I'd like to run in October, but kinda feel the same way bluewave does about not getting to 200. I've already done the sub-200 thing a few times and am just not sure if it's worth it running in the 190s. Pipe is on and I'm still running that rich Brocks map in the PCV. I'm torn. Maybe I'll run it.

Hadn't talked to Karl since he's been back. I'd be surprised if he ran Maxton...just getting back from Loring and with the Mile coming up.

I'll keep you posted on what I decide to do. i'll give myself until the weekend to make a decision.

Oh, and Nate - you should do it man. I've talked to you a couple of times down there at the TFA tent. If you come up to Alan's, let me know and we'll make it a day of getting the bikes ready.

I talked to Karl yesterday, he is not running Maxton, he is waiting for Texas. He is gonna pull the motor, inspect everything, change something on the head and give it another shot in Texas. That motor is a monster right now though...

You should definetly run in October, you won't know if its gonna do it until you try. You need to PM Gotbusa here and find out what sprockets he was using in March. He went like 204mph I believe. That was on some good fuel and a few other little tricks but nothing out of the ordinary. You are much lighter then Josh and Robert so.....I think you'll get 200mph....

You just need the correct tune, correct gearing, good tuck, some MR9 fuel etc....Its looking like October will be a good turn out in Goliad. I will likely wait and run in March or October 2010 though since I am broke and tired of fixing the bike. I will be there with Rustman helping tune and dial in his bike. He is shooting for 235-240mph...I will also pit/crew for Nate and Bluewave if they run.

Bluewave, check this out

Rev Limiter Extension, Extended ECU, Suzuki Hayabusa, Reflash - Schnitz

Schnitz Racing can reflash your stock Hayabusa ECU (02-07 or 08-09 only!).

For $60 we will raise the rev limiter to whatever you want and remove the 6th gear restriction. For the 08-09 Models, your gear idicator will still work properly!

Once you complete your order, just send your ECU in to us and we'll flash it the same day it comes in. We'll then ship it back to you.

*Off Road Use Only! Not to be used on any public roads or highways. Schnitz Motorsports Inc will not be held liable for any engine damage. Owner/Rider assumes all risks.
