From what I hear, its hard to even break even at GSS, let alone make any money. No one wants to pay more than 1 hundy to ride that track.

But , I dunno. Maybe someone will do it.

99.9% certain we are not picking up any GSS dates.

We will send out a blast if something changes though

Basically 20 in each group, so 60 folks. Each time we've been there we've fallen short of that number.

There are more numbers to deal with aside from just renting the track, and most all of those things make GSS undesirable for us unfortunately.

Despite the fact that I personally really like that track, and don't care about such things, people don't want to come to a track in Texas' heat without cover, bathrooms, A/C in the classroom, or any other amenities and still pay as much as a track day costs at tracks that have those comforts.

Not to mention, when you ask a question like this on any bbs (not just MH), you get a ton of folks that say " yeah, I'm so there"... let's say 100 people do that, only ~15 will actually show. I can think of one competing bbs in Houston that was notorious for "polls" like that and it never came through. I'm sure those of you who've been around long enough and have been a member or lurked on that bbs can remember that stuff. It's happened here too, but that other bbs was way worse for creating those threads.

Buy the track and ride there all the time, Money Bags. Only cost ya a couple million and some change for that level of mediocrity.

If I had the money... and I'd make it bike-only (complete w/ dirt)

Yep. I am plannng on trying it out as listed with the cars. I enjoyed the track the times I've been there on the tards.

The problem with the way they are mixing with cars is that you get 5 20 min sessions for $100, which isn't terrible, but the breaks between sessions are spread out a little odd.

It would be much nicer with LSTD picking it up.
