What yours still stinks too bad??

I know mine does.....I am taking it apart to wash it tonight. Then friday I am taking my leathers to the shop to see what they can do about the abortion I performed on the leg.

Find your usb cable? Use Robert's FTW.

No not yet.....just minor adjustments to the clutch, chain, pegs....Also probably slap in a some fresh plugs and change the air filter(still has the original one in it)....Main thing I need to make changes to my riding style, just want to cover all the bases.

Don't worry, you'll still run me down....but I will make you chase me a little longer....

Once I get some 9.70s-consistant .80s, its getting a kit.

I have said the same about 9.50's. Its tempting to do it now. I know talent is the best power producer though. Where can I buy some talent?

Well one thing to remember.....the jug isn't gonna reduce the ETs that much. You can't spray it until 2nd gear(stock arm anyway) and thats not where the ET is at..... At BEST you will get 3 tenths spraying from bottom of 2nd through the end. You will pick up a bunch of mph but not a lot of ET. I looked at some of my old slips last night....see below

NA
60'- 1.57
330'-4.08
1/8-6.09@121
1/4-9.38@150

Same night
Spray(50 shot dry)
60'- 1.62
330'-4.11
1/8- 6.02@126
1/4- 9.12@158.xx

Stock wheelbase, street tire, spraying at the 1-2 shift through the end.
Those were the good ole days. Pretty decent for stock wheelbase. I wanted to run 8.90s stock wheel base bad but could never pull it off. The harder I would 60', the more it would wheelie when the spray came on...

Hey Robert, you want to know why we ran so close in times/speed at both HRP and Sealy eventhough Sealy is said to be much slower??? Here is some fun facts for you.....

Friday, 8/1/09
HRP-Baytown@8:53pm

Temp 84*
Humidity 72%
Bar0 30.00 in

DA= 1920'

Saturday, 8/2/09
LMP-Sealy@8:41pm

Temp 80.6*
Humidity 84%
Baro 30.07

DA= 1923'

So the air quality/density was about the same, actually even a tad better at LMP, BUT we were going against the headwind, hence the average 1 mph loss. All in all, pretty close, both of which, the air pretty much sucked. When I ran that 13.05 in the G8 at HRP, the DA was -450'. Now THATS good air...

Thats pretty rare that LSMP and HRP are so similiar.One year at Shreveport the DA was almost -1800ft.It snowed later that day.
