Screw it... lets this thread up.

My opinion is I only do chest by itsself but I do very heavy chest.
Sat - Chest Monday - Arms (Bi's and Tri's) Tuesday - Back and Abs Wed - Shoulders Thursday - Legs Thats my workout and it has been refined over the years. Everyone should do what feels right for them.

I could have told ya'll he's huge just by his avatar, no need to see him in person, it takes a lot of work to make your chest go so far out to the sides like that.

I'm not being gay, it's just that I know how hard it is to get that big, 3 years of steady working out and I wasn't half that size :P

With all do respect Mr. Paniro. I have pretty much free memberships at just about all the local gyms due to my years of competition in weight lifting. I have fought in the ring both Boxing and Toughman. I am not loking for a fight with you. Just ease up on me. Please with sugar on top.

And I am not very hard to spot...... And feel free to join us anytime at the gym. Our chest day starts a 400 and goes to 600. :notworthy

me deleted
