but then you tris can't get as good a work out becaus ethey have been helping build your chest. same as your bis help build you back. so it's best to blast the bis and tris alone so that you shred them down as much as possible not when they are already tired.

I used to work out, till the wreck, actually yesterday was my first workout since that happened, seriously, it's simply amazing what can take you a couple of years to build up.. just poofs away in a matter of months (6). =(

If you workout your chest, then hit your tri's the next day you risk overtraining them though..
