Just parts cost.... all labor done by me (with Bosslady's help).

Pretty much started with just a frame and motor. Put new tapered steering head bearings, and swingarm bearings in, and installed all of the new parts. Was actually pretty quick and easy once I got going on it. Didn't really get started until this year. I was able to get good deals on a lot of the parts. I have a LOT of spares because I was going to go a different direction with the bike.

Thanks for all of the compliments. It feels like a totally different bike now. Much better than my tiny R6. The wheels make a HUGE difference.

100% of the body work is carbon fiber; just painted so it isn't too overwhelming. Thanks.

I was going to go with the Axis Iron Rotors up front but Patrick talked me into the Brembo rotors. Glad he did because they feel very nice. Even the rear Brembo caliper has a good feel to it and is actually usable instead of just feeling like 100% on/off.

Wow! Very nice. Even getting deals on those parts I bet they still cost a bit. I'm entertaining the thought of rebuilding mine but I just don't know yet.
