Will...

If you want to try EBC's, which is what I have and pass tons of peeps on the brakes, you can have my $20 contingency certificate and get them from Motorcycles Unlimited. Lemme know.

BTW..tons of people pass me on OEM pads too, I am sure.

Its all an bunch of blah blah blah if you ask me. But what do I know, I just try to go fast and brake later with what I have. And you know ima fat boy and they stop me just fine...all race/track day long.

Also,

I just changed my front pads. I got about 15 track days and 5 sprints out of them. Probably could have gotten several more track days from them but changed them early for Cresson CMRA.

Let me also add that I have never run vesrah so I can't compare the two from personal experience.

I prefer the Vesrahs' although I heard the new EBC's don't feel squishy like the old ones did.

I like to use a green scotchbrite pad and brake cleaner to clean both sides of the rotor prior to installing the new pads. This removes the old pad material from the rotor and gives the new pads a clean surface to bed into.

I've had my Vesrah XX's on the bike for 7+ months and lord knows how many track days (30+??) and they have probably 60% or more left.

Pad fade? No, never had it. Since upgrading the master cylinder, I'm not getting a soft lever (fluid fade) nearly as much either. I don't know what was up with my 19x18. I just couldn't seem to keep a firm lever across a track day with it. Thankfully, that problem is gone now.

You run the EPFAs,or the extreme pro which I was asking about originally. Those are the top notch EBC has to offer. Waiting to hear a quote from Patrick. Thanks Brandt, I will let yo know if I take you up on your offer.
