Stuck Throttle

Have a problem my rf 900 throttle is stuck on 3000rpms as soon as u turn it on or ride it help please

check the idle adjuster if that isnt it check your throttle cables and adjust them

I tried adjusting the throttle cables but it still stays up there. Where would the idle adjuster be. I just noticed this at a light 1hour ago
