As for me, my bike hasn't been washed for a few months. Once I get the street fairings back on, I may wash it once a month... lil dirt doesn't bother me.
Yep they will but thats if I sell the bikes. take a look how good I took care of the 94' 4runner 4x4. I tried to maintain everything that i have own or had in my possesion I take pride in what I have because I have worked really hard to have what have now. I was the second owner on the 4runner.

I never wash my bike really.. I just get a rag and some water to wipe down all the mechanical components, and then a microfiber towel and detailer spray to clean up the fairings and what not.

If it gets real dirty (rode through water, dirt roads, etc.), I'll wash it down with car wash and water, let it dry, then follow up with the Honda polish.
What are you washing Rob? Parts?

Every couple of rides and depending on how many bugs I hit. Normally wipe down with microfiber rag soaked in water and soap. Then microfiber dry, clean wax, then heavy wax everything. Clean all the metal, use cleaning armor all wipes on all the black plastic stuff. Clean and lube chain. Hit seat with conditioner and done. Takes about 35-45 minutes when I go quickly.

It's not just about keeping it clean - though I like that part - it's also about making sure maintenance and everything looks the way it's supposed to.

Only when it gets dirty. But normally I keep it clean with quick detailer and micro fiber, so not much actual washing.

On the 750 I do the polish the fram and everything it has on there. I take the fairings on both side of both of the bikes to wipe the whole frame down and clean it especially on the 1000 since its polish I have to do a really good job on it. What can I say I am a neat freak.

There are times I will just take both of them out and give them a full detail just becasue I am bored and because I like seeing the results after cleaning them. I even call some of my freinds to come bring their bike so I can clean them but they want me to go to their house and I am like I am doing you the favor you come to my house.
